I need to take some money out of my account, and just barely don’t have enough to take out of the ATM to cover the ATM’s fees (I don’t use a bank). I was only able to get one commission here on tumblr when I tried opening the other day, so I’m trying again in hopes of even getting one or two so I can get my money out of an ATM this morning. I’m even taking $5-20 off the normal prices!
